Technical Developer – VASCOM

About the project:

The Vietnam Alliance for Semiconductors and Advanced Computing (VASCOM) focuses on developing short courses to meet the demand for high-quality human resources for businesses in Vietnam. These courses will be developed through an AI-powered EdTech platform, helping learners improve technical skills in various fields, including semiconductor design and artificial intelligence. The program will offer more than 100 courses over five years, aiming to train between 20,000 and 50,000 engineers and technicians, enabling businesses to recruit high-quality human resources that align with their needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Liason with stakeholders:
  • Meetings with stakeholders to define business goals, user specifications,
    constraints, and respond to feedback.
  • Translate into technical requirements.
• Planning:
  • Define technical requirements (LLM integration, data pipeline, API, …).
  • Research tech stack (LLMs, orchestration tool, …).
  • Cost analysis on different approaches (LLM providers, cloud vs on-premise
    hosting, etc).
• MVP Development:
  • Build initial RAG with basic functionalities
  • Finetune with prompt engineering.
  • Design UI and build simple prototype frontend.
  • Implement user authentication, data storage, and monitoring.
  • Respond to stakeholders’ feedback.

Requirements:

• Bachelor holder with good background in Data Science, AI and ML.
• Hands-on experience in developing MVPs, including building RAG systems, prompt engineering, UI design, and implementing authentication/storage solutions.
• Proficient in relevant programming languages, cloud services, API development, and monitoring tools.
